Langridge House Whangaparaoa 2006 550m²

The clients required multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces of generous proportions to cater for regular extended family gatherings.

An asymetric colorsteel wing roof is set over a series of offset concrete elements. The plan slides spaces across each other to effect a relaxed feel that maximises sun and sea views. The project details have been realised to reflect the clients admiration for Japanese sensibilities.
